The check-in process was efficient and took less than 10 minutes. Our room on the 7th floor was well-decorated for our wedding anniversary. Breakfast quality has significantly improved, with a better variety of dishes, demonstrating the management's commitment to enhancing guest experience. The super comfy bed ensured a restful night after busy work days.

The drinking water system requires improvement.

The breakfast spread was good! I especially enjoyed the variety of Asian dishes that catered to local tastes. The ambiance by the pool in the evening created a lovely atmosphere for relaxation with live music. I also loved my room's city view, made my mornings brighter and more enjoyable.

The room felt a bit outdated.

Would come back for sure and enjoy a pleasant stay. The breakfast is complimentary with a large choise of dishes, has good food. Brand-new and large rooms with twin beds are accompanied by excellent service. The staff is very professional at all the levels.
